All orders are handled by UnitySound Management on behalf of Inouwee. Orders ship out within 3 days of being placed.
The normal delivery time is 6 respective 20 working days from the day the order was placed. (Most products; 3 to 6 workingdays within the EU). No freight costs are charged - they are included in the price of the product.
Your products will be sent directly to your home address.
UnitySound accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days ( The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
Return Policy
You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to UnitySound. Notifications about this must be done, at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the item. Please contact Customer Service ( with your return notification in order to properly register the return with UnitySound. Customer service will provide you with return instructions and return address.

The message, to customer service, must contain the following information:
a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return.
The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic must be intact). Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy). State the cause of the return in the message field below. You will have to pay the return postage. Returned items sent as "cash on delivery" will not be accepted.
UnitySound guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact Customer service at UnitySound upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item.
Customer service will handle your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage. Return the product in the state that it was received together with a damage or error report. The returned product must be in a largely unused state in its original package. Return the product together with the invoice (or a copy). Keep a personal copy as it is also your certificate of guarantee.
IMPORTANT! You must contact Customer service before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid.

The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.
